ABOUT US
Since 2016, we have been working on NQ vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable and on the road. Our team previously operated as the automotive division of Australian Patrol Vehicles, and today we operate under our own name, with the same standards and a sharper focus on vehicle servicing, diagnostics and fleet support.
We combine advanced diagnostic equipment with genuine hands-on experience and a combined experience of over 50 years on the tools. When something's wrong with your vehicle, we find out why before we tell you what it'll cost and we explain your options clearly, in plain language, before any work goes ahead.
Veteran Owned, Locally Trusted
We're proud to be a veteran-owned business bringing the discipline, structured thinking and methodical problem-solving that comes from military service, qualities that matter when you're diagnosing a fault or coordinating a fleet of vehicles under pressure.
We understand the value veterans bring to a workplace, and we're committed to providing meaningful employment opportunities for veterans transitioning into civilian careers, including those managing challenges as part of that transition.
What We Believe
Accuracy first. We diagnose the actual problem before recommending repairs, no guesswork, no unnecessary parts.
Clear communication. We explain what we've found and seek your approval before doing anything beyond the agreed job.
Consistency. From a family runabout to a fleet workhorse, every vehicle gets the same level of care.
Local accountability. We're a Townsville business, and our reputation is built one honest job at a time.
